Shipping: Currently only shipping within the United States. All goods will be shipped using USPS or UPS (depending on cost). Shipping is fixed and or calculated at the checkout depending on the item. At times when multiple orders are combined or multiple items are selected and in different tiers of shipping, the online store platform may over calculate the cost of shipping. If this happens you will be refunded the difference in the shipping cost. 

A tracking number will be generated and emailed to you with your confirmation once the item has shipped. 

All items are packaged with care, and to the best of my abilities to protect them. Each package Is automatically insured to the value of the items inside. If you receive your items and they appear to be damaged please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Once items are packaged and leave my studio, I am no longer responsible for the goods that are in transit. If there are any other shipping issues please feel free to email me. 

With the cost of shipping supplies and nature of an online shopping world, I often try to reuse, reduce and recycle shipping materials the best I can. Items may be shipped in recycled boxes with various materials to protect the pieces. 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please understand all items are handmade individually by me, they all come with unique characteristics and makers marks. 

Local Pick-Up:  I do offer a local pick up option! When checking out your items, select the option 'local pick-up' if you are local to my studio. Please email me to schedule a time to pick-up items. 

Wholesale and Consignment:  I do accept wholesale and consignment projects on a case by case basis. If you are interested in having wholesale work created or developing a consignment relationship please email me phoebemollceramics@gmail.com. All projects are also considered based on availability and current workload. 

Custom Orders: Custom orders are only accepted on a case by case basis.
